During my recent stay at the Barcelo, I found myself captivated by a perfect blend of luxury and value that is hard to match in Malta. The location is truly exceptional, boasting unparalleled views of Valletta's skyline-an ideal backdrop for a sunset at the well-appointed pool area. The accommodation itself was modern and meticulously maintained, complete with a spacious bathroom and a delightfully quiet room. The housekeeping left nothing to be desired, visiting us multiple times daily to ensure comfort. A noteworthy benefit for those exploring the island is the large, safe public parking garage adjacent to the hotel, charging only €6 per night. This convenience complements the excellent dining options nearby and proximity to ferry services. The attentive staff were consistently polite and eager to assist. While the Barcelo leans towards the luxury side, its thoughtful amenities and prime location provide valuable experiences at a reasonable cost. A commendable choice for discerning travelers.
